- If booking cancel 72 hours before travelling, 100 % payment will be refunded.
- If booking cancel 48 hours before travelling, 75 % payment will be refunded.
- If booking cancel 24 hours before travelling, 50 % payment will be refunded.
- If booking cancel in less than 24 hours before travelling, no refund.
- In the case of Tour & Trekking package, please be informed that the 40% deposit you made upon booking the trip with us will be considered as a trip cancellation fee.
- In the case of Tour And Trekking Package, you need to pay the balance amount 20 days prior to your departure date if you intend to travel to destination.
